Additional Service Charge:

• Excess Luggage Fee: Our acclimation services include a two-suitcase limit for airport pick-up. For each additional suitcase beyond this limit, a charge of $99 will apply.

Administrative fees paid to The BridgeWay Firm are collected solely for administrative and program coordination services provided by the BridgeWay team. These services include application processing, case coordination, and administrative support related to BridgeWay-supported programs.

All administrative fees are non-refundable once paid, as administrative services commence immediately upon receipt of payment. Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the program or unsuccessful visa outcomes.

Please note that administrative fees are not contingent upon the approval of a nonimmigrant F-1 visa or any immigration benefit. Visa decisions are made exclusively by U.S. government authorities and are outside BridgeWay’s control.

Administrative fees are not paid for the purpose of securing a scholarship or university admission. BridgeWay values its partnerships with affiliated universities, and payment of administrative fees has no effect on admissions decisions or scholarship awards, which are determined independently by each institution.

Administrative Fee Disclosure: Administrative fees paid to The BridgeWay Firm are collected solely for administrative and case coordination services provided by the BridgeWay team in connection with employment-based permanent residency sponsorship programs. These services include application intake, case coordination, document organization, administrative processing, and ongoing administrative support throughout the sponsorship process.

All administrative fees are non-refundable once paid, as administrative services commence immediately upon receipt of payment. Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal from the sponsorship process, termination of employment, ineligibility for sponsorship, or unfavorable immigration outcomes.

Administrative fees are not contingent upon the approval of any immigration petition or benefit, including but not limited to Form I-140, Adjustment of Status, immigrant visa processing, or permanent residency approval. All immigration decisions are made solely by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, and applicable government authorities, and are outside the control of The BridgeWay Firm.

Administrative fees are collected exclusively for administrative services and are not paid for the purpose of securing employment placement, immigration approval, scholarship funding, or university admission. BridgeWay maintains professional partnerships with affiliated employers and educational institutions; however, payment of administrative fees has no influence over employment decisions, admissions determinations, or immigration adjudications made by third parties.
