Chief Executive officer
With over 20 years of experience in Executive Human Resource Management, Sean Haley has established himself as a trusted, dedicated, and results-driven business partner and advisor to global brand leaders. His expertise in identifying, developing, and managing top talent, coupled with his ability to implement strategic policies and procedures, has helped organizations enhance employee relations, reduce operating costs, and drive sustainable growth.
As CEO and Partner of The BridgeWay Firm, Sean leverages his extensive experience across the hospitality, aviation, and healthcare industries to optimize organizational effectiveness and lead businesses toward long-term success. His reputation for fostering innovation and efficiency has made him a sought-after leader and business partner in the field.
Sean holds a B.A. in Human Resources from City University of New York and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. He also maintains certifications with key industry organizations, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Beyond his professional achievements, Sean is deeply committed to philanthropy. As Co-Founder of God’s Creation I Am and The Gateway Project, he works alongside his wife to provide empowerment resources for abused women and children.
Jeanette Haley
Chief Operating Officer
Jeanette Haley is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in corporate emotional and cultural intelligence, risk management, and strategic problem-solving. Her passion for these fields stems from her extensive global experiences, where she has studied and worked with families and businesses across multiple continents. By immersing herself in diverse cultures, she has gained firsthand insights that shape her unique approach to organizational dynamics and leadership.
Jeanette holds a Master of Science degree from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York. She has also completed specialized training in Emotional Intelligence at the prestigious Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and received certification in Disney’s Approach to Quality Service from the renowned Disney Institute.
Throughout her career, Jeanette has made a profound impact in the Human Services sector, advocating for domestic violence victims, raising community awareness on domestic violence issues, and implementing multisystemic therapy to support at-risk youth and families. Additionally, she has served as an Executive Consultant for corporate entities, assisting in risk assessment and crisis management planning.
Jeanette is driven by a professional mission: bridging the gap between corporate emotional and cultural intelligence and the development of high-quality talent in the workplace. Her wealth of experience and diverse background make her an invaluable asset in enhancing organizational effectiveness, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and strengthening leadership strategies.
