Sean Haley’s more than 20 years of experience in Executive Human Resource Management as a trusted, dedicated, goal-driven business partner and advisor to brand leaders around the world has catapulted him to the ranks of CEO and partner for The BridgeWay Firm. He has a successful reputation for identifying, developing and managing talent, implementing policies and procedures that positively impact client and employee relations, reduce operating expenses, enhance organizational effectiveness and drive profitable growth for multi-country organizations in the hospitality, aviation and healthcare industries.
He attended City University of New York earning a B.A. Human Resources, holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and has certifications with leading industry organizations including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
When not working, Sean applies his passion for helping others to the non-profit world. As Co-Founder for God’s Creation I Am and The Gateway Project, he works alongside his wife and Co-Founder, to provide practical empowerment resources to abused women and children. He also loves to travel the world with his wife and daughter, learning about, and from different cultures.
Jeanette Haley

Jeanette Haley is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the areas of corporate emotional and cultural intelligence, corporate risk management, and problem-solving. Her passion for these fields originates from her diverse experiences working and studying families and businesses across various continents, which she travels to immerse herself in different cultures and gain firsthand insights.
She holds a Master of Science degree from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York, and has acquired certifications and undergone development training in Emotional Intelligence from the prestigious Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. Additionally, she has received training in Disney's approach to quality service from the renowned Disney Institute.
Jeanette has made significant contributions to the Human Services field throughout her career. She has advocated for domestic violence victims, raised awareness in the community about the issues surrounding domestic violence, and implemented multisystemic therapy to support youth and families with at-risk behaviors. Furthermore, she has served as an Executive Consultant for corporate entities, assisting in assessing risks and developing crisis management plans.
She is driven by her professional mission to bridge the gap between corporate emotional and cultural intelligence and the cultivation of high-quality talent in the workplace. Her wealth of experience and diverse background makes her a valuable asset in enhancing organizational dynamics and fostering a positive work environment.
